GFI Counseling Institute Courses are taken in sequential order:

1. GFEL1  Exchanged Life Counseling I (see typical assignments for a course)

2. GFDEL Devotional Literature

3. GFEL2 Exchanged Life Counseling II

4. GFTHF Theological Foundations

5. GFCOS Counseling Skills

6. GFTWG How to Teach the Word of God

7. GFCLC Counseling and the Local Church

8. GFMAF Marriage and Family

9. GFROP The Role of Psychology

10. GFSPW Spiritual Warfare

11. GFCTT Counseling Topics and Tools

Each of these courses are taken in sequential order. When a student is enrolled in a course he or she may request the assignment sheet for the next course at any time.

GFICI Counseling Courses and
GFICI Bible Courses

1. GFOTS Old Testament Survey

2. GFNTS New Testament Survey

3. GFSAB How to Study and Apply the Bible

4. GFBGJ The Gospel of John

5 . GFERM The Epistle to the Romans

These courses give an expanded grasp of the Bible&emdash;the basis of biblical counseling. Completion of these (or transferred credit from another Bible school) qualifies the one with a Certificate in Biblical Counseling to be awarded the Diploma in Biblical Counseling. Bible courses may be taken before, along side of, or following the Counseling courses.

Each of these courses are taken in sequential order. When a student is enrolled in a course he or she may request the assignment sheet for the next course at any time.

How can you begin? To get started,

1. Fill out and mail in the GFICI application form and application fee.

2. Preview the assignments and required materials for the first course (gfel1.htm).

3. Fill out the first course enrollment form (for GFEL1 and/or GFOTS).

4. Send in the enrollment form and order the required resources for the course. Enclose a check for the fees and for any ordered materials.
